Terms of Sale

Who are you buying from?

You are buying from HMB Pottery, a working blue pottery workshop in Multan,
Pakistan.
We make what we sell.

  • Address: HMB Pottery, Nubahar Canal Road, Near Biomonde Plants, opposite OGDCL Office, Samejabad, Multan, Pakistan
  • WhatsApp: +92 300 4314888
  • Email: multaniblueart@gmail.com

What do the prices include?

Prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery to any United Kingdom
address.
The price on the product page is the price you pay us. Our prices do not
include United Kingdom import VAT or customs duty, which are set by HMRC. See our
delivery page for how that works.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer. Our account details, including the IBAN and the SWIFT
code, are shown on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

  • Quote your order number as the payment reference, so we can match your payment to your
    order.
  • Send us the transfer receipt on WhatsApp at +92 300 4314888.
  • We confirm your order by hand once the payment reaches us.

Any charge your own bank makes for sending an international transfer is theirs, not ours,
and we do not receive it.

When is my order accepted?

Your order is accepted when your payment reaches our account and we confirm it with
you.
Placing an order and receiving an automatic confirmation of receipt is not
acceptance. Until we confirm, no contract exists and you are owed any money you have sent.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a piece breaks before despatch, we tell
you and refund you in full.

What happens if a piece breaks on the way to me?

We carry that risk. A piece that arrives broken is replaced or refunded in
full, on a photograph, with nothing sent back. See
cancellation, returns and refunds.

Can I cancel?

Yes, within 14 days of your order arriving. The full cancellation right,
including who pays return postage, is set out on our
cancellation, returns and refunds page.

Are the photographs exactly what I receive?

They show the real pieces, but every piece is hand made. Colour, pattern
and dimensions vary a little from one piece to the next, and screens show colour differently.
A variation is not a fault. A crack, a chip or a piece that does not match its description is,
and is covered by our returns page.

What are my statutory rights?

Nothing on this page reduces them. If you are a consumer in the United
Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply to
your purchase, and where anything here conflicts with them, they win.

How do I complain?

Message +92 300 4314888 on WhatsApp or email multaniblueart@gmail.com with your order number and what went
wrong. We answer every complaint ourselves. If we have got something wrong we would rather
hear it and put it right than not know.

How do you handle my personal information?

See our privacy policy. We use your details to take, make
and deliver your order, and to talk to you about it.
