Delivery to the United Kingdom

What does delivery to the United Kingdom cost?

Delivery to any United Kingdom address is free. The price you see on a
product page is the price you pay. There is no delivery charge added at the basket, and no
minimum order.

Delivery is already included in the price because every piece is sent by air from our
workshop in Multan, Pakistan. We would rather show you one honest number than add a freight
charge at the last step.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 30 days of your payment clearing, unless we agree a different
date with you. In practice most orders leave sooner. Your pottery is made, checked
and packed after your payment arrives, and we message you on WhatsApp with the despatch date
and the tracking number.

If you need an order by a particular date, message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 4314888 before
you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Who delivers the parcel?

Your order travels by air freight from Multan and is handed to a UK delivery service for
the final leg. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected from us.

Do I have to pay import VAT or customs duty?

Our prices do not include United Kingdom import VAT or customs duty.
These are set by HMRC, not by us, and we do not receive any part of them. If anything is
payable on your parcel, the carrier will contact you before delivery.

We state this plainly rather than bury it, because an unexpected charge at the door is the
fastest way to lose your trust.

Which pieces can you send to the United Kingdom?

Every piece shown in our United Kingdom shop can be sent to you. If a piece cannot be
shipped safely or its shipping weight is not yet recorded, it is simply not shown, so you
cannot order something we cannot deliver.

What if my parcel arrives broken?

We carry the risk of breakage in transit, not you. Blue pottery is fired
clay and it is fragile, so we pack it accordingly and we stand behind it. Send us a photograph
and we replace the piece or refund you in full. You do not need to send anything back. The

Where do you deliver from?

HMB Pottery, Nubahar Canal Road, Near Biomonde Plants, opposite OGDCL Office, Samejabad, Multan, Pakistan. We are a working pottery, not a reseller, and the factory and showroom you see
in the photographs on this site are our own.
