Part 5 – Shipping Conditions
The shipping period for delivery of the orders is five working days within Pakistan, and 14 working days outside Pakistan can differ because of domestic problems, correspondence company problems, the environment, or any natural disaster.
Part 6-Return / Exchange / Refund Conditions
Tell us within seven business days after delivery if your order has arrived damaged. Leave both original and shipping boxes as they are. Whatever you prefer, we’ll give you another piece or rebate your money. Also bear in mind that our pottery has been handcrafted and broken, but you are sure to receive as high-quality goods and packaging as possible. Both these terms and conditions shall apply to all goods of “HMB Pottery.”
If you are not happy for any cause with your order, “HMB Pottery” shall, under the following terms, give exchanges, refunds.
Within seven days of the date of delivery, the product is returned to us.
- The product has to be in its original form
- References of products must be intact
- Exchanges only for in-stock products are available
- Only domestic orders can be exchanged if you otherwise repay a full order number.
The official time required for replacement and transfers is 25 working days. Due to insufficient stocks, natural disasters, closing production, or any event affecting our work activities, it may differ up to full time.
You will send the money to you on the day of receipt of returns within ten business days.
The final amount of the order is deductible except for return charges by “HMB Pottery.”
When a customer has changed his mind or is willing to return the product for some reason, the package’s return is his or her duty in full, and no refund will be given if the product/service has suffered damage.
You are responsible for paying for the return of returnable goods by yourself to our destination.
- “HMB Pottery” shall not arrange a return or pay any expenses.
- Only regional orders are free of the delivery charge.
